Może komuś się przyda informacja jak wysłać wniosek do http://www.dsb.no sam wysłałem i w końcu uzyskałem pozwolenie dokument jest do ściągnięcia tylko po wypisaniu trzeba wydrukować i się podpisać i z powrotem zeskanować, jeżeli chcecie wysłać e-mailem musicie przetłumaczyć dokumenty u tłumacza przysięgłego angielski lub norweski

-świadectwo pracy minimum 2 lata w zawodzie elektryk,elektromonter
-SEP
-dyplom czeladnika (w moim przypadku bo mam)
dowód osobisty (nie trzeba tłumaczyć bo już jest)

Jeżeli otrzymasz pismo z dsb "Approval to continue profession as electrical skilled worker in Norway -electrician (low voltage) POL
Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) refer to your application from 10.07.2013, our letter from 26.11.2013, additional documentation from 04.12.2013 and 17.12.2013, our letter from 15.01.2014 and additional documentation from 21.01.2014 regarding your request for permission to work as an electrical skilled worker in Norway, based on education and practical experience from a country comprised by the EEA-agreement.
Foreign citizens must have approval from DSB to continue the profession as electrical skilled worker in Norway before start working as electrical skilled worker in Norway, cf. regulations for electrical enterprises and qualifications to work on electrical installations and electrical equipment (fek) section 18. Condition to obtain such approval depends on which the profession is regulated by law or regulations in the home Member State.
If the profession electrical skilled worker is regulated by law or regulations in the home Member State, the applicant must prove formal qualifications required by home Member State in order to gain access to and continue this profession in Norway, cf. fek section 15, 1st paragraph.
If the profession electrical skilled worker is not regulated by law or regulations in the home Member State, the applicant also must prove practical experience within the profession as electrical skilled worker on a full-time basis for two years during the previous 10 years in another Member State, cf. fek section 15, 2nd paragraph.
The documentation sen! to us shows that you have proved professional qualifications by processing evidence of formal education as an electrician in a Member State from 2004. You have proved practical experience within the profession as an electrician on a full-time basis for two years during the previous 10 years in another Member State.
We hereby confirm that Imię i nazwisko does fulfil the requirements of approval to continue the profession as electrician in Norway, cf. fek section 6 and fek section 15. You can thus work as an electrician in Norway.
This means that you must be employed under the management of an electrical contractor and that the work that is executed is in accordance with your education and experience.
You have a commitment to learn Norwegian regulations concerning electrical installations in Norway and must also learn regulations on operation of electrical installations and first aid training (fse).
